ThinkTalk(TM) Launches Career TV for College Students

WASHINGTON, Jan. 28, 2005 -- ThinkTalk(TM) Networks, Inc.
announced today the launch of their new season of career television for college students. After testing pilot shows in select university markets, ThinkTalk(TM) will begin broadcasting nationwide on campuses starting February 7, 2005. Programming is free for colleges and universities.

ThinkTalk(TM) is a dynamic, interactive way for college students to explore career paths. ThinkTalk(TM) produces television shows where students and teachers interview high profile achievers about their careers and their road to success. ThinkTalk(TM) guests are actors, authors, CEO's, directors, journalists, musicians, politicians, and scientists. Guests have included hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, "The Incredibles" writer/director Brad Bird, CNN's Lou Dobbs, Grammy(R) Award winning singer/actress Mya and best selling author David Baldacci.

Students and educators go to thinktalk.com where they can view upcoming guests, their bios, and any relevant information. Then they can submit questions via email, video email or to our on-campus crews. The best questions are then integrated into the program.

ThinkTalk(TM) CEO Stephen Clark stated, "We're thrilled with the response we're getting from schools and we look forward to delivering our unique style of programming to students."

ThinkTalk(TM) distributes programming via satellite, tape and IP. To view sample programs or to get ThinkTalk(TM) at your school, visit http://www.thinktalk.com or email info@thinktalk.com.
